By using my work and education background, I can assist you to put together a team to complete your real estate transaction as soon as possible, with few surprises. I would appreciate the opportunity to understand your real estate goals and to discuss my qualifications to assist you in accomplishing your goals.

Prior Work Experience.

As a corporate executive for a fortune 100 company, I used my accounting and law degrees to accomplish our company's business objectives on schedule. Working in a large organization gave me the opportunity to develop negotiation, communication, time management, problem solving, team work and people skills. I also had the opportunity to work with employees and advisors in several countries and many U.S. cities as well as to negotiate issues with parties from other companies and organizations. My prior career also gave me the opportunity to live in different cities and resulted in several relocations.

Prior to my corporate position, I worked for two of the Big Four CPA firms. I also served in the U. S. Army as an auditor stationed in Europe.

Real Estate Experience.

For over 25 years, I have been a part-time investor in real estate. I have sold property as an owner without the assistance of a REALTOR, with the assistance of buyer's agent and with the assistance of a listing agent. As an Associate Broker, I have received additional education including the GRI degree from the REALTOR Institute and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.

Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate.

Currently, I focus my attention on homebuyers (especially first time homebuyers), home sellers and investors.

My prior work and real estate experience has equipped me well to assist with real estate transactions. I understand the needs of first time homebuyers and will take the time needed to provide information required to make an informed decision. I also understand the needs of persons relocating and can help make the transition go smoothly by meeting your relocation time table. As an investor, I can help investors make informed decisions and assist them in accomplishing their business goals.

Business Practices.

Premier Properties does not charge a processing fee for any real estate transaction. We are paid through agreed upon real estate commissions, which are paid by the seller. Further, we have no affiliation with any mortgage company, insurance company, closing agent or any other service provider for your real estate transaction. You are free to select any service provider for your real estate needs. However, if you need assistance in locating a service provider, we can provide you with a list of service providers that we believe are competent and reasonable in their fees to assist in your transaction.
